Day 1 : Arrival at Nagpur – Transfer to Tadoba & Evening Safari

Arrive at Nagpur early in the morning. After a brief meet-and-greet, proceed to Tadoba by car.
Check in to the hotel, freshen up, and relax before heading out for your evening safari in the Tadoba National Park.
Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2 : Morning & Evening Safaris in Tadoba Core Area

Wake up early and set out for the morning safari to explore the diverse landscapes and wildlife of the Tadoba core area.
Return to the hotel by around 10:30 a.m., enjoy light refreshments, and take some rest.
After lunch at 1:00 p.m., depart for the evening safari around 2:30 p.m. Continue exploring Tadoba’s rich flora and fauna before returning to the hotel in the evening.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 : Continued Wildlife Exploration – Morning & Evening Safaris

Begin your day early with another morning safari in the Tadoba core zone, visiting different parts of the reserve for new wildlife encounters.
Return to the hotel by 10:30 a.m. for light snacks and rest.
After lunch, head out once again for an evening safari around 2:30 p.m. and experience Tadoba’s wilderness as the sun sets.
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 : Final Safari & Departure

Start early for your final morning safari in Tadoba, soaking in the last glimpses of the forest and its wildlife.
Return to the hotel by 10:30 a.m. for refreshments and some rest.
After lunch around 1:00 p.m., check out and proceed to Nagpur airport or railway station for your onward journey.

To maintain transparency and flexibility, the following costs are not included in the tour package:

🍷 Beverages & Additional Meals: Soft drinks, bottled water, alcoholic beverages, or meals not mentioned in the inclusions.
🏥 Travel Insurance & Medical Costs: Health, accident, or baggage insurance (recommended to arrange prior to travel).

Please note Consuming and carrying alcoholic beverages on any of our tours is strictly prohibited. The safari bookings for Tadoba open 90-120 days in advance. The more advance you book the safari the higher the charge, the more later you book the less the charge but the chances of getting the permit is less. We try to manage this risk and book the safari's in a way where it has a reasonable cost associated with it. As such you might not get all the safari's in one zone due to lack of avalability.
